What if something falls outside of my Ongoing Counsel plan?

Some matters – particularly litigation, major transactions, specialized regulatory work, and other unusually complex matters – may require a separate engagement. When that happens, you will already have a law firm that knows your business and can either handle the matter or help coordinate the appropriate specialist.

Ongoing Counsel subscribers also enjoy a discounted hourly rate if they choose to retain us to handle those issues.
